Personal taste and home style are other important aspects in home customization, and since no two people share the exact same taste, we think no two homes should be exactly the same. 73 Rapp Farm Lane, North Oaks
This custom build is located in the Rapp Farm neighborhood in the pristine suburb of North Oaks. Rapp Farm is now in its final phase of development, and only about a dozen lots remain for sale in this gorgeous community. Beyond the tranquil natural surroundings, Rapp Farm is also in close proximity to 35W and 35E, allowing tenants convenient access to both Minneapolis and St. Paul. Residents of Rapp Farm have access to miles of trails, Clubhouse with pool, parks, and many other amenities.
The home design for 73 Rapp Farm Lane is rather unique from many of our other builds. The style of this home will have a very modern and contemporary vibe. The architectural elements of the exterior really encompass that modern feel, from the use of natural stone to the geometric shapes and the dramatically angled asymmetrical roof. This two-story home will feature a 3 car garage, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and almost 3,000 finished square feet.

This home will be the site of our 2019 Fall Parade of Homes model, located in the serene and beautiful Saddle Club neighborhood in Lino Lakes. Saddle Club is also in its final phase of development, and only about 8 lots remain for sale. This area has wonderfully preserved open spaces, a fabulous trail system, ponds and wetlands, while also being close to shopping, restaurants, and major highways.
Our Fall Parade of Homes model has a welcoming exterior with stone veneer, James Hardie Reveal siding, and 3 car garage with flush panel doors. The inside of this custom home will feature 4 bedrooms (all on the upper level), 4 bathrooms and 2,918 finished square feet. The main level has a Great Room with Heat n Glo gas fireplace with stone surround, Gourmet Kitchen with massive center island with seating, XL refrigerator, floating shelves, and walk-in pantry. There is a main floor office, formal dining area, and just beyond the kitchen and dinette area is a room with a full bar that has wood flooring and floating shelves. Upstairs you will find the stunning master bedroom with stepped ceiling and luxury vinyl plank flooring, the owners spa bath with double vanities, ceramic tile shower, luxury vinyl tile and walk-in closet, 3 additional bedrooms with carpet and walk-in closets, 2 additional bathrooms, loft/bonus room area, and laundry room. The lower level is unfinished but could eventually have a large entertainment space, guest bedroom, and full bathroom.
