The Villa Homes of Gardenwood will consist of 37 custom designed, high quality association maintained homes. Although each building will be situated on its lot in a similar manner, owners will be able to select from a variety of rambler style floor plans. Homes will feature an owner’s suite on the main level and additional living space in the lower level. Main level living space will start at 1500 square feet.
Most lots are walkout and will feature the preservation of a wooded backyard and some with beautiful pond views. A two-car garage is required, however most homesites will accommodate a three-car garage.
Each Villa home will feature quality exterior building materials such as Hardie Board, brick, stone and upgraded shingles.
The association for the Gardenwood Villa Homes will provide for lawn care, snow removal and use of an outdoor pool. In addition, all yards will be landscaped and irrigated.
