Exploration Meeting
The first meeting is to understand who you and your family are. This isn’t about colors or pick from 3 or 4 plans. This is to truly get to know your unique needs and what you are looking for in a house. Also what is important to you (i.e. school districts, location, size of home, design styles, ext.)
Design Meeting
The second meeting located at our office in Woodbury is to review design options and budgets from Exploration Meeting. This is what separates a truly custom home builder apart from many builders. We review design concepts and make changes that better fit the needs of each unique custom Home.
