Laundry room
Having a laundry room is a necessity in any home and with our laundry room options it makes it easier than ever to complete it. Choose the location that is ideal for you and your family. Kootenia allows you to place your laundry room where it will best fit your needs, whether that is on the main level off the kitchen or even right next to your master bedroom.
Loft/Bonus room
Having a loft/ bonus room is popular in all the homes. This is a room so you can choose what you need to use it for. Some options could be another bedroom, a playroom, or even a second family gathering space. That’s why we left this open to you so you could choose what you want to use it for. Every family is different, and we acknowledge that with our wide variety of options to choose from we are sure there is something for everyone.
Mudroom
First off, we have the mudroom connecting off the garage, this room is a necessity in any home. This room helps to eliminate the dirt from tracking around your whole house. Although this is meant to be more of a functional space it can also be a space you enjoy walking into. All our mudrooms are well designed with space to get in and out easily and room to store all your things.
Office/Flex room
Conveniently located off the foyers are office spaces that are unique to each home. Some offices can include a see-through fireplace and built in shelves for more storage. But if you don’t need an office there are other options too. This area can be a flex room for whatever you desire.
