Love the lot and/or location but not the home?  Kootenia Homes is experienced in the process of tearing down an existing structure to replace it with the home of your dreams!  Have a well or septic lot? No problem. We will work alongside any city to get home designed properly to meet local, county and state codes and ordinances.  In addition we are experienced with DNR, local and county watershed districts, asbestos and mold abetment process.  Some and/or all may apply to each unique tear down + rebuild.
